Complete Pet Food is 100% safe!

On Friday 13 May 2011 the media reported on the death of several dogs that took place due to poisonous dog food. The dog food in question is “Buddies Complete”, “Legends” and “Hi Pro”.

Wet Nose Animal Rescue Centre...

is a “Right to Life” animal shelter which was started in 1999, with the aim of giving abandoned, abused and neglected animals a second chance. Animals in their care are not put to sleep, but looked after, fed, medicated and loved until a new loving home is found for them; no matter how long it takes!

Wet Nose Animal Rescue Centre receives NO government funding and relies solely on public donations to continue saving and re-homing animals on a daily basis. Many of the animals at Wet Nose have been hurt by their experiences, so the staff often has to spend time helping them overcome the problems they’ve developed as a result of abuse.

The Wet Nose vets treat animals against disease and sterilise all the animals in order to prevent indiscriminate breeding. Kennel hands provide everything from meals to cuddles, and their many volunteers take the dogs for long walks!

Wet Nose is a temporary home to between 200 and 300 dogs, 60 cats as well as a few horses, donkeys, goats and other farm animals. They really have their hands full!

What do Wet Nose say about our food?

I was called out to help a dog and her Puppies in Bronkhorstspruit. The puppies were six weeks old and were not being looked after. The Mom and pups were loaded up and taken to the shelter so that they could be cared for and new homes could be found for them all.

Puppy 1 The puppies were showing visible signs of malnutrition. This is easy to see in puppies as their legs grow crooked. This is what is known as Ricketts. The puppies had been at Wet Nose for about three weeks when a large donation of Puppy Food came in from Complete.

I immediately changed the puppies diet to the Complete Puppy Food. I was amazed to see how fast their legs started to straighten up. Within three days all the visible signs of rickets had disappeared. They had picked up weight beautifully and their condition had improved a lot.

I think that Complete Puppy Food is amazing, as it takes a food very high in nutritional value to correct the damage that malnutrition can cause. I would highly recommend Complete Puppy Food.

I have been breeding with Rottweiler's since 19982 and starting using Complete Dog Food in 2004. Since my dogs have been on Complete, their bowel movements have been firmer, smaller and healthier, and they do not suffer from diarrhoea anymore.

I have found that it is not necessary to feed the pregnant bitches any supplements as the Complete is fully balanced and nutritious.

Their overall condition and coats have improved significantly since using complete as previously they sometimes suffered from eczema. My dogs have not had any skin problems since 2004 and their coats are beautiful and shiny, with no more scratching.

I have recently started feeding Complete Puppy Food to my puppies and have found that they flourish on it.

I would recommend Complete Dog Food to any breeder or owner who wants to maintain their dogs in good, healthy condition.

Eiko is our 10year old male Rottweiler. He came to us from America, where his daddy was a multiple world champion. He was a very fussy dog when we first brought him to South Africa. We tried all types of dog food to get him to put on weight and mature. But to no avail until we tried Complete. He has never looked back from that day. He became a Breeder Champion and amongst his many wins was a best in show at an All Breeds show. He is now retired but still enjoys file to the full especially when meal time comes around. Since trying your food all the dogs we have owned over the years have been raised on your food. When we were breeding we recommended your food to all our new puppy owners. During all the years we have used Complete the quality of the food has been great, and we have never had a complaint.
